大學部國際公法案例清單

Dear all,

經過與老師仔細的討論後，本學期熱騰騰的國際法案例清單出爐囉!!

案例清單如下:

1. 1928年常設國際法院「蓮花號案」(The S.S. Lotus Case, France/ Turkey)。
2. 1928年常設國際法院「邵作廠案」(Case concerning the Factory at Chorzow, Poland v. Germany)。
3. 1949年國際法院「哥甫海峽案」(Corfu Channel Case, United Kingdom v. Albania)。
4. 1950年國際法院「庇護權案」(Asylum Case, Columbia/Peru)。
5. 1953年國際法院「英法海峽群島案」(The Minquiers and Ecrehos Case, France v. United Kingdom)。
6. 1969年國際法院「北海大陸礁層案」(North Sea Continental Shelf Cases, Federal Republic of Germany/ Denmark; Federal Republic of Germany/ Netherlands)。
7. 1979年國際法院「德黑蘭案」(United States Diplomatic and Consular Staff in Tehran Case, United States of America v. Iran)。
8. 1986年國際法院「在尼加拉瓜境內進行軍事及準軍事活動案」(Case concerning Military and Paramilitary Activities in and against Nicaragua, Nicaragua v. United States of America)。
9. 1996年國際法院「多瑙河水壩工程案」(Gabčíkovo-Nagymaros Project Case, Hungary v. Slovakia)。
10. 2001年國際法院「拉格朗案」(LaGrand Case, Germany v. United States of America)。
11. 2002年國際法院「利吉丹島與席巴丹島主權爭議案」(Case concerning Sovereignty over Pulau Ligitan and Pulau Sipadan, Indonesia v. Malaysia)。
12. 2008年國際法院「防止與懲治種族滅絕罪公約適用爭議案」(Case concerning Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Croatia v. Serbia)。
13. 索馬利亞海盜問題。
14. 光華寮產權歸屬爭議案。
15. 科索沃獨立運動。
